Overview 
The rights, liabilities and obligations of the parties involved in a construction contract are key issues in preserving rights. They protect involved parties from additional liabilities and responsibilities that they may not be aware of in the tender process.

Parties involved in a construction contract who are not professionally aware of their liabilities, obligation and rights are taking a risk, which may expose them to legal liabilities and financial losses.
The main objective of this course is to enhance knowledge of the parties’ liabilities, obligations and rights according to the FIDIC & Types of contracts and how they are implemented and the role of procurement management
